LETTING GO

WHY YOU SHOULD LET GO

I know so many people don’t encourage breaking up or out of a relationship especially when one has invested so many years but I am here to tell you that sometimes its okay to let go. When you are in a relationship where you and your partner are no longer happy and you’ve both realise it’s a no win situation and the relationship is no longer salvageable, then why hold? You might realise this but most people just make excuses as to why their relationships are not working hoping that just maybe when they get married that would change. That is a very big risk you are taking because forever is a very long time to be unhappy and depressed so why gamble with it?
Most ladies I talked to held on mostly because of the sexual benefits and most men I talked to said they hold on because the sex is good while some hold on because they feel some sort of pity for the lady involved and some ladies are just afraid to start over. A relationship is meant to help you grow and also help the two individuals to become better than they were before so when a relationship does the opposite of this and becomes a shackle, an unhappy ground were two people just keep up appearances and just hold on to each other for shallow reasons, they seize living.
For example, an abusive relationship be it physical or emotional seizes to a conducive environment because no matter how much you rationalize it, its not going to stop. Is the partner advised to hang on in such a relationship? And we all know that in most cases the women are the abused party. Sometimes we are just scared of starting over with someone new and this is why we are scared of letting go. When it seizes to grow and build you both especially emotionally, then its time to let go! When it begins to hurt you, its time to let go!
